摘要
从城市供水企业的经营目标及特点入手,分析了城市供水企业在外部经营环境和内部管理两方面所存在的问题,认为市场化是城市改革的必由之路,并提出了相关对策。
Proceeding from the objectives and characteristics of urban water supply enterprises, this paper analyzes the problems existing in their external environment and internal management, argues that marketization is a must for urban reform, and then proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
