对上海技术引进消化吸收问题的研究

A Study of the Assimilatjon and Absorption of the Technologies Imported by Shanghai

上海之所以能在全国的经济发展中始终起着“火车头”的作用,其关键就在于上海具有比较雄厚的科技实力。但在改革开放进程中,外地通过技术引进,科技水平的提高极为迅速。上海要继续保持领先地位,就必须加强消化吸收工作,依靠技术进步,重建科技优势,以加强上海工业的国内国际竞争力。

This article puts forward some suggestions about streng thening the work of assimilating and absorbing the technologies imported by Shanghai on the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the work. It also probes into the relevant polices to be adopted for encouraging the assimilation and absorption of imported technologies.
