EFFECT OF MOXIBUSTION ON CATECHOLAMINE

摘要 Objective:To investigate whether moxibustion affects the secretion of catecholamine as adrenalin, noradrenaline and dopamine. Methods: Twenty Wistar rats were allocated to two groups. One was moxibustion-group (10 rats), and the other was non-moxibustion-group (10 rats). Four ignited moxa-cones were applied to bilateral “Shenshu” (肾俞 BL 23). When a moxa-cone burned out, another one was replaced. At the end of each experiment, blood sample (2 mL/rat) was collected from the heart for assaying plasma adrenalin, noradrenaline and dopamine contents with high pressure liquid chromatography. Results: The presented results showed that plasma adrenalin and noradrenaline contents of moxibustion-group are significantly higher than those of non-moxibustion-group (P 〈 0.01). However, there is no significant difference of dopamine between moxibustion-and non-moxibustion-groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: These results demonstrated that moxibustion stimulates the secretion of adrenaline and noradrenaline in normal rats. 客观:调查艾灸是否作为肾上腺素,也不肾上腺素和多巴胺影响分泌物 ofcatecholamine。方法:二十只 Wistar 老鼠被分配到二个组。一个人是艾灸组(10 只老鼠) ,并且其它是 non-moxibustion-group (10rats ) 。四点燃的艾绒锥被用于双边的“ Shenshu ”(BL 23 ) 。当一个艾绒锥烧坏了时,另一一个被代替。在每个实验的结束,血样品(2 mL/rat ) 与高压力液体层析为 assaying 血浆肾上腺素,也不肾上腺素和多巴胺内容从心被收集。结果:介绍结果证明艾灸组的血浆肾上腺素 andnoradrenaline 内容比那些 ofnon-moxibustion-group 显著地高(P < 0.01 ) 。然而,没有多巴胺 betweenmoxibustion-moxibustion- 和 non-moxibustion- 组的重要差别(P > 0.05 ) 。结论:这些结果证明那艾灸刺激肾上腺素并且也不的分泌物在正常老鼠的肾上腺素。
