摘要
目的研究中药急性子乙醇提取液对盐酸达克罗宁促透皮作用。方法采用一阶导数分光光度法和体外透皮吸收实验方法测定透过液中盐酸达克罗宁的振幅D值。结果急性子乙醇提取液D值,与空白对照组比较,P<0.05,与氮酮标准组比较,P>0.05。结论急性子乙醇提取液具有促进盐酸达克罗宁透皮吸收的作用。
Objective To study skin penetration enhancing effect for dyclonine hydrochloride by extract of Jixingzi in alcohol. Methods To detennin dyelonine hydroehloride D-value in trandermal .solution by using transdermal test way and first order derivative spectrophotometry, Results The D-value of differential concentrations extract of Jixingzi in alcohol were compared with that of blank control trial group （ P 〈 0, 05） ,compared with that of standard control trial group （ P 〉 0,05）. Conclusion Extract of Jixingzi in alcohol can enhance dyelonine hydrochloride to penetrate rat skin.
