周期素E与P27蛋白在子宫内膜异位症中表达及临床意义

摘要 目的研究周期素E与P27蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿40例(观察组)及正常子宫内膜组织21例(对照组)中周期素E及P27蛋白的表达。结果周期素E在观察组阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。P27蛋白在观察组阳性表达率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。周期素E阳性表达率早期病例明显低于晚期病例,P27蛋白阳性表达率早期病例明显高于晚期病例,两者均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周期素E及P27蛋白与子宫内膜异位症的发生关系密切。有望成为该症预后的监测指标。 Objective To study the expression of cyclin E and P27 in ovarian endometriosis and their clinical significance. Methods Immu nohistochemical S-P method was employed to detect the expression of cyclin E,P27 in the ectopic endometrium of the patients with ovarian endometriosis (40 cases),and normal endometrial tissue (21 cases).Results The positive expression rate of cyclin E was higher in ovarian endometriosis than in normal tissue ( P 〈0.05).The positive expression rate of P27 in ovarian endometriosis was lower than that in control group ( P 〈0.05).The positive expression rate fo P27 was higher in ovarian endometriosis eaely stages (Ⅰ-Ⅱ) than in later stages ( Ⅲ-Ⅳ) ( P 〈 0.05). The positive expression rate fo cyclin E was lower in ovarian endometriois eaely stages (Ⅰ-Ⅱ) than in later stages (Ⅲ-Ⅳ) ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion As cell cycle regulatory factors,P27 and cyclin E might be involved in the development of endometrosis.The bath may predict patients' prognosis.
