“交代”小考——《汉语大词典》的一处失误

On the Word "jiaodai"

本文考证了“交代”一词之“嘱咐、吩咐”义的产生时代为清代,并指出“交代”有“官员之前任、后任”义,而此义为各大型辞书所漏收。本文纠正了《汉语大词典》“交代”条在引书和释义上的失误。

This paper proves that the meaning to tell of the word Jiaodai was originated at Qing dynasty, and points out that the word jiaodai has a meaning predecessor or successor which has not been recorded in various Chinese dictionaries.
