摘要
本文对有扬程的供水系统进行了详尽的分析,提出了广义空耗的概念。供水系统中为了克服实际扬程及管道摩擦所需要的能量是无法通过对水泵的调速来达到节能的。对阀门控制方法和转速控制方法进行了比较。对电机的特性进行了一定的分析,指出正确设置变频器的功能参数也有节能效果。
This paper give out an analysis on water supply system with water lift. It gives out new concept of generalized vacancy waste. There is no any energy saving if water overcome lift and friction in water supply system. Valve control method and rotary speed control method is compared in the letter. It analyzed characteristic of motor and point out that there will be energy saving if the parameter of VVVF is setting correctly.
