摘要
本文对两优良核桃亲本漾濞核桃和引进的新疆早实丰产优株核桃云林A_7号及其6株杂种优株无性系植株的不同组织器官作了过氧化物同工酶分析。结果表明:核桃不同组织器官的过氧化物同工酶谱不同;在相同组织器官中,两亲本的酶谱差异明显;6个杂种优株无性系植株的酶谱也不尽相同,但都有来自亲本一方的酶带,其中树皮样品Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅷ号优株出现了杂种酶带;顶芽样品中只有Ⅴ号为杂种酶谱;亲本的年龄不同有可能导致杂交后代的酶谱产生差异。
Peroxidase isoenzymes of 6 superior tree hybrids of JugIans sigillata and theirparents were analyzed by using prolyerylamide gel eletrophoresis. The results show that different organs and tissues of Juglans sigillata possess different peroxidase isoenzymespattens, in which bark of donnant branches is the most ideal material for analyzing. Thepattens of 6 superior tree hybrids are not completely the same and compare with themthose of the two parents show more significant differences. However, all of the hybrids ownthe isoenzyme bands coming from one of the parents, and there emerge“crossing bands”intwo hybrids(NO,V and NO, VI, bark of domant branches as test material). It is alsofound in the test that the different age of parents may result in different patterns in their hybrids 。
