胃肠舒治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫48例临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察胃肠舒治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的效果。方法:符合纳入标准的DGP患者96例,随机分为两组,分别给予胃肠舒和贝络纳口服,原来的控制血糖方案不变,疗程为4周。观察治疗前后临床症状、空腹和餐后2小时血糖、胃窦十二指肠消化间期移行性复合运动波(MMC)及胃电图(EGG)等变化。结果:两组均能明显改善患者的临床症状,胃肠舒组的显效率为62.50%,总有效率为91.67%;贝络纳组分别为60.42%和89.58%。治疗后两组患者的MMC明显改善,相持续时间、相持续时间和收缩波幅等与治疗前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);EGG主频率比增加、主功率比增强,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。胃肠舒组还可降低餐后2小时血糖。结论:胃肠舒能明显改善DGP患者的临床症状、MMC及胃电活动,同时又能降低餐后2小时血糖,是治疗DGP的有效方剂。 Objective:To observe efficacy of Weichangshu in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP). Methods:96 cases of DGP conformed with the criteria were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated by oral administration of Weichangshu and Mosapride respectively for 4 weeks in addition to original treatment program for controlling blood sugar. Changes of clinical symptoms,FBG and P2hBG, gastric antrum-duodenum interdigestive period migrating motion compound wave (MMC)and electrogastrogram (EGG)before and after treatment were investigated. Results:Clinical symptoms were significantly improved in both groups. The markedly effective rate was 62.50% and the total effective rate was 91.67% in the Weichangshu group,and the corresponding index was 60.42% and 89.58% in the Mosapride group. After treatment, MMC significantly improved in both groups, with significant differences in lasting time of phase Ⅱ ,and phase Ⅲ ,and the contraction amplitude as compared with those before treatment(P〈0.05). EGG main frequency ratio was increased and the EGG main power ratio was strengthened with significant differences as compared with those before treatment (P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01 ). P2hBG decreased in the Weichangshu group. Conclusion: Weichangshu can significantly improve clinical symptoms, MMC and electric activity of the stomach, decrease postprandial blood sugar in the patient of DGP. It is an effective prescription for DGP.
