保元强肾Ⅰ号胶囊联合六君子汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭晚期患者40例临床观察

Treatment of Fourty Cases of Chronic Renal Failure at Advanced Stage with Combination of Baoyuan Qiangshen No.1 and Liujunzi Decoction

目的:探讨保元强肾号胶囊联合六君子汤对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)晚期患者的疗效。方法:将80例CRF3期患者随机分为两组,对照组给予α-酮酸片及爱西特,治疗组在此基础上加服保元强肾号胶囊及六君子汤。观察两组治疗前后肾功能、临床症状积分、血清白蛋白(Alb)及血红蛋白(Hb)变化。结果:两组治疗后临床症状积分均比治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后血肌酐(SCr)及尿素氮(BUN)均显著降低(P<0.01),而对照组仅BUN明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后Alb及Hb水平亦显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:保元强肾号胶囊联合六君子汤可明显改善CRF晚期患者临床症状、肾功能及营养状态,疗效明显优于对照组,为治疗晚期CRF的有效方案。

Objective： To observe therapeutic effect of Baoyuan Qiangshen No. 1 in combination with Liujunzi Decoction on chronic renal failure（CRF）at advanced stage. Methods： 80 cases of CRF at stage It were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with a-ketoacid Tablets and medicine charcoal,and the treatment group were added with Baoyuan Qiangshen No. 1 and Liujunzi Decoction. Changes of renal function,clinical symptom score,serum albumin （Alb）and hemoglobin （Hb）before and after treatment were observed. Results：After treatment ,the clinical symptom score significantly decreased in both groups （P〈0. 01 ） ,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.01 ）. After treatment ,serum creatinine （SCr）and blood uria nitrogen （BUN）significantly decreased in the treatment group （P〈0. 01）, and only BUN significantly decreased in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The markedly effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0. 01）. After treatment,Alb and Hb levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion ：Baoyuan Qiangshen No. 1 combined with Liuiunzi Decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms,renal function and nutriture in the patient of CRF at advanced stage. It is an effective program for CRF at advanced stage.
