摘要
目的:探讨复健片对缺血性卒中后遗症模型大鼠星形胶质细胞活性及其神经轴突再生的作用。方法:以大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)大鼠模型为实验对象,利用免疫组织化学方法,分别以大鼠脑组织胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、神经生长相关蛋白质(GAP-43)为指标,观察复健片对星形胶质细胞活性、轴突生长的影响。结果:复健片可增强GFAP、GAP-43的表达,并且GFAP与GAP-43表达呈显著正相关。结论:复健片可促进缺血性卒中后神经轴突的再生,诱导神经功能重塑,这与该药能够改善星形胶质细胞活性有密切关系。
Objective:To explore effects of Fujian Tablets on activity of astrocytes and axonal regeneration in the ischemic stroke sequela model rat. Methods:The ischemic stroke sequela model rat was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO). Glial fibrillary acid protein(GFAP)and growth-associated protein-43(GAP-43)were determined with immunohistochemical method and were used to evaluate the effects of Fujian Tablets on the activity of astrocytes and axonal regeneration. Results:Fujian Tablets increased expressions of both GFAP and GAP-43 in the brain of MCAO rat,and there was significantly positive correlativity between GFAP and GAP-43 expressions. Conclusion:Fujian Tablets can promote axonal regeneration and induce remodeling of nervous functions in the ischemic stroke sequela model rat ,which are related with improving action of Fujian Tablets on activity of astrocytes.
