面向质量控制的制造系统可诊断性分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对目前以产品质量控制为目标的制造系统可诊断性和局部可诊断系统的诊断能力研究较少的现状,在构建制造系统状态空间模型的基础上,提出了一套新的制造系统可诊断性分析方法,推导出系统具有可诊断性的充分必要条件,对于局部可诊断系统,建立了可诊断能力评价指数。通过具体的装配实例,针对不同的系统配置, 验证了该分析方法和评价指数的有效性和可行性。该方法为制造系统的可诊断性度量、系统优化配置和在线故障诊断等提供了理论分析依据。 A novel method of diagnosability analysis of manufacturing systems is presented and the necessity and sufficient condition of fault diagnosability of manufacturing systems is derived on the basis of developing state space model of a manufacturing system for lack of studies of manufacturing systems diagnosability for quality control and diagnosis ability of partially diagnosable systems. Diagnosability indexes are constructed for a partially diagnosable system. The validity and feasibility of the proposed method and indexes are demonstrated by an illustrative example of an assembly system with varied system deployments. The proposed method lays a theory analysis foundation for measurement of diagnosability, optimization of system deployment and in-process fault diagnosis.
