西安市区人居环境质量评价及优化措施

The Evaluation and Optimization of the Human Settlement Quality of Xi'an Urban District

在城市人居环境系统构成的基础上,构建了人居环境质量评价指标体系,对西安市区1998-2003年人居环境进行了较为详细的分析与评价.分析结果表明,1998年以来西安市区人居环境质量有较大的改善,但改善速度仍稍落后于经济增长速度,并且生态环境质量改善更为缓慢.针对这些问题,从城市规划、城市居住环境、城市生态环境建设等方面,提出了优化西安市区人居环境的具体措施.

Based on the systematic composing of the environment of urban settlement, the paper builds up a set of assessment index system of urban citizens＇ settlement, and analyses and assesses in detail the urban settlement of Xi＇an urban district during 1998 to 2003. The result shows that the urban citizens＇ settlement has been improved a lot since 1998,but the economic growth of Xi＇an urban district has a faster pace, but the improvement of the urban ecological environment on the contrarg goes slowly. In view of these weaknesses, from the respects of urban planning, the environment of urban living and urban ecological environment construction, some optimal counter-measures are proposed for the urban citizens＇ settlement of Xi＇an urban district.
