摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对不锈钢薄板电子束扫描加热温度场进行模拟,计算比较了6种轨迹扫描后的温度场,研讨了电子束扫描顺序、束流、束斑直径、扫描频率、加热时间对温度场的影响。
The temperature field of stainless steel sheet by electron beam (EB) scanning and heating is simulated by means of finite element analysis software ANSYS. The temperature fields after scanning by six kinds of tracks are calculated and compared. Effects of EB scanning sequence, beam current, beam diameter, scanning frequency and heating time on temperature field are investigated.
