一种判断企业内部项目优先级的定量评价方法

A Quantitative Evaluation Method for Estimating Priority of Internal Projects of Enterprises

针对国内缺少利用定量的系统化方法对项目进行优先级评估以选择最优的项目组合的现状,从战略角度提出了定量化评估方法。论述了该方法应用于项目选择的基本过程,得出了项目选择的一种综合模型。最后,通过具体项目的应用研究得到量化的方案。

According to the situation that there is lack of quantitative synthetic method at home to evaluate project priority for selecting the optimal project combination, a quantitative evaluation method is presented from point of view of strategy. The basic process in which the method is used for the project selection is described and a synthetic model for project selection is obtained. At last, a quantitative method is achieved by means of the practical project application.
