摘要
在试验研究的基础上拟合出汽车传动系齿轮在经受低幅交变载荷锻炼后,疲劳强度增长规律与临界载荷关系的经验模型。根据此模型提出了一种简便的确定结构件临界载荷的方法,并初步验证了该方法的正确性。应用该方法,从临界载荷估算出了传动系齿轮最佳强化载荷出现的区域及其经受低载强化后的剩余疲劳强度。
On the basis of experimental investigation, an empirical model of the relation between the increment of fatigue strength due to low amplitude load strengthening and the critical load of transmission gears is worked out. According to the relation expression, a simple method is presented for determining the critical load of structural parts, which is preliminarily verified by experiments. With the critical load, the residual fatigue strength after low amplitude load strengthening and the region for the optimal strengthening load of transmission gears are estimated.
