彩超引导下穿刺活检对颈部包块诊断的临床价值

The Clinical Applied Value of Color Ultrasound-guided Biopsy in the Diagnosis of Neck Lump

目的探讨彩色超声引导下穿刺活检在耳鼻喉头颈外科中对颈部包块诊断的临床应用价值。方法用美国产Bard M agnumTM活检枪和配套活检针对颈部包块70例患者做彩超引导下经皮穿刺活检,标本送组织病理学检查。结果⑴穿刺70例,取材成功率97.14%,无一例出现严重并发症。⑵68例可作出明确诊断,其中甲状腺病变12例,神经鞘膜瘤5例,淋巴结病变43例,炎症等其他病变共10例。结论超声引导自动活检术是一种取材成功率高、操作简便、并发症少的组织学微创取材方法,在颈部包块的诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical applied value of ultrasound - guided automatic biopsy in the diagnosis of neck lump in the department of ORL - HNS. Methods The percutaneous punctures under ultrasound guidance were performed with the Bard Magnum^TM biopsy in the 70 patients on neck lump. The obtained samples were sent for histopathological examinations. Results （ 1 ） The 97.14% successful samples were obtained in a total of 70 patients. And no false positive was found. （2） The histologic diagnoses were conclusion in 58 patients, thyroid disease was due to begin causes in 12 patients, netrilemmom in 5 patients, the lymph node of pathological changes in 43 patients and inflammation in 11 patients. Conclusions Ultrasound - guided automatic biopsy was a good sampling method with high sampling successful rate , operating facility, high histological diagnostic accuracy and low ratio of complication. It holds significant clinical value in the diagnosis of neck lump.
