Hook-plate Fixtion for Acromioclavicular Dislocation and Lateral Clavicular Fracture

目的：总结Link肩锁钩钢板内固定口服中药治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效.方法：应用Link肩锁钩内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位20例、锁骨远端骨折3例.男17例,女6例,年龄19～67岁.术中修复喙肩韧带和肩锁韧带,手术后口服中药,颈腕吊带保护1周,之后开始功能锻炼.术后随访时间18个月.结果：按Karlsson疗效评定标准疗效优21例,良2例.6～12月个取出内固定,无其他并发症.结论：肩锁钩钢板是肩锁关节部位较为合适的内固定物.

Objective： To evaluate effects of a hook - plate fixtion for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicular fracture. Methods ： In recent 2 years, 20 cases of acromioclavicular dislocation, 3 cases of distal clavicular fracture were treated with link＇s hook plate fixtion, repeating eoracoclavicular and acromiclavicular ligament. The follow - up periods lasted 18 months. After 6 ～ 12 months, removed the implant. Results： According to the Karlsson＇s standard qff the 23 follow - up cases, 21 cases were excellent and 2 cases were satisfactory. Conclusion：The hook plate showed the advantage of rigid fixation, and capable of early exercises in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicular fracture.
