节水农业的战略认识和对策

Views and Strategies of Water-Saving Agriculture

我国水资源危机已是现实问题。工业、城市用水量不断增加，农业用水比例相应削减已是必然趋势。农业用水量大，浪费也大，必须大力发展节水农业。强调采取各种措施，减少水利工程在输水、配水、灌水过程中的水量损失，全面提高灌溉水利用率。对节水农业中需要研究的问题进行了讨论。

The water resources crisis is becoming a realized fact in China. The industrial and towns water use are continuously increasing and the agricultural water use rate should be reduced. It is necessary to develop water-saving agriculture because of large amount of agricultaral water use with big water waste. The various measures of decreasing water loss in water transfer, distribution and irrigation should be adopted in enhancing irrigation water efficiency. The problems which should be studied at water-saving agriculture are presented in this paper.
