鳞片石墨对环氧胶固化过程的影响

摘要 用应变片电测法和阿基米德法,分别测定了鳞片石墨含量不同的环氧胶加热固化中的应变和固化完成后试样的密度,以研究石墨含量对金属-环氧胶接头胶层固化内应力的影响。结果表明:在所采取的研究条件下,石墨含量为5%的试样固化收缩应变值最大,而最初9m in所测得的应变谷值与试样峰值应变和最终应变之差,对应石墨鳞片含量存在着较为一致的对应关系。对鳞片石墨含量变化所带来的影响进行了讨论,综合考虑多方面因素,石墨鳞片的添加量为15%较为适宜。 By means of the strain gauges method and Archimedes' principle, the influence of graphite flake addition on the density and the inner stress formed in curing procedure were investigated through the strain measured during heating curing as well as the weight and volume of cured specimen. The results obtained shown that the minimum value of density is obtained with 5 % graphite flake added in while the curing contraction strain also reached its maximum value. It is founded that the valley value at first stage curing is corresponding to the contraction strain value during curing. The influence of the variety of graphite flake on the shear strength and curing procedure is also discussed. It is suitable for 15% graphite flake added to the epoxy adhesives when the factors are taken account for.
