摘要
针对不锈钢材料难加工的特点,从不锈钢材料热处理、刀具材料选择、刀具几何角度、结构的确定、切削用量选取及冷却方式等多个方面进行解析,并采取相应措施,成功解决了不锈钢材料难加工的问题。
Aims to the features of processing difficulty of the stainless steel material,it analysis from several aspects of the heat treatment of the stainless steel material, the choice of the cutter material, the geometric angle of the cutter, the determination of the structure,the selection of the cutting amount,the cooling mode and so on. This problem that it's hard to process the stainless steel material gets successfully solved by taking the relevant measures.
