蛋氨酸锌在反刍动物上的利用 被引量:4

摘要 蛋氨酸锌作为一种过瘤胃蛋白,可以较好的通过瘤胃,提高锌的利用率,降低日粮总锌的添加,减少重金属对环境的污染。目前,蛋氨酸锌在反刍动物饲养中得到广泛的应用。作者综述了蛋氨酸锌对反刍动物应激、免疫力及抗病力的影响,以及对反刍动物生产性能的影响。
