接种传染性法氏囊病基因工程重组亚单位油乳剂疫苗的产蛋鸡血清抗体与蛋黄抗体的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 用笔者研制的传染性法氏囊病(IBD)基因工程重组亚单位油乳剂疫苗免疫产蛋鸡,接种后第22d及以后每周进行一次无菌采血,分离血清,用琼脂免疫扩散试验(AGID)检测IBD血清抗体水平;每周用同样的方法检测蛋黄中IBD抗体水平。对血清抗体水平和蛋黄中抗体水平进行相关性统计分析,得出两者之间的相关系数,并进行显著性检验。统计分析结果表明,相关系数r=0.7782,表明血清抗体水平和蛋黄中抗体水平相关关系属于强正直线相关;t值为14.02,t>t(∞)=2.576,差异极显著(P<0.01),即血清抗体水平和蛋黄中抗体水平之间的相关系数极显著;F值为190.55,F>F0.01(1,128)=6.84,差异极显著(P<0.01),即血清抗体水平和蛋黄中抗体水平之间的相关关系极显著。 The layers were injected with o.ur researching infectious bursal disease (IBD)recombinant subunit double emulsion vaccine, and their blood were taken on the day twenty-second and once a week after vaccinating. Their sera were separated from their blood taken and tested to IBD antibody with agar gel immunodiffuion test(AGID). On the same day their eggs were colleced and their yolk were separated and tested to IBD antibody with AGID. The relating statistics was made between their sera IBD antibody dose and their yolk IBD antibody dose to get a relating coefficient and to analyse their difference. The relating eoefficientr is 0. 7782 and it is make known that the relation between their sera IBD antibody dose and their yolk IBD antibody dose is the very positive straight line relation. T= 14.02, t〉t(w) = 2.576, P〈0.01, the difference is very remarkable and it. is make known that the relating coefficient between their sera 1BD antibody dose and their yolk IBD antibody dose is very remarkable.
