3-乙烯基香茅醛合成工艺的改进

Improvement of Synthesis for 3-Vinylcitronellal

摘要 以香叶醇为原料,经过醚化和Claisen重排两步反应,合成了拒食剂(+)-Sporochnol的重要中间体3-乙烯基香茅醛。研究了Claisen重排反应的条件及影响因素,最佳反应条件为反应温度180℃,反应时间30min。重排收率为87%。 3-Vinylcitronellal, a key intermediate for ( + ) Sporochnol, was synthesized by ctherification and Claisen rearrangement starting from geraniol. The reaction conditions and influencing factors have been studied. The optimum conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature was 180℃ and the reaction time was 30min. Under above-mentioned conditions, the yield of title compound with 87% was achieved.
