摘要
以巯基乙醇、异辛酸为原料,用钛酸酯类化合物作催化剂,在减压条件下合成了异辛酸巯基乙酯.考察了各因素对产品产率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为酯化过程中异辛酸与巯基乙醇的物质的量比为1:1,催化剂的用量为反应物总量的1%~3%,反应时间为10~12h.在此工艺条件下产品总产率达90%以上,精制后产品纯度w(异辛酸巯基乙酯)>95%.
Using mercaptoethanol and iso-Octoic acid as raw materials, titanates as catalyst, mercaptoethyl iso-Octoate is synthesized under the condition of reduced pressure. The factors influencing on the yield of the product are investigated. The optimum conditions are as follows : the molar ratio of iso-Octoic acid to mercaptoethanol is 1 : 1, the dosage of catalyst is 1% ~ 3% and the reaction time is 10 ~ 12h. Under the above-mentioned conditions, the 90% of product yield is achieved, and the purity of refined product can be reached by over 95%.
