摘要
以木质素磺酸钙、二乙胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料,通过接枝氨基,合成了木质素胺脱色絮凝剂。研究了反应物料配比、活化时间、反应时间、反应温度等因素对合成的影响,优化出絮凝剂合成的工艺条件。并对其絮凝脱色性能进行了研究。
The aminolignin flocculant was prepared based on calcium lignosulfonate, diethylamine and epichlorohydrin by amino grafting. The influencing factors such as the ratio of reactants, activation time, reaction time and reaction temperature on the synthesis were studied so as to optimize the conditions for synthesizing flocculant. The flocculation performance of the product applied to treat the dyeing and printing wastewater has been also studied.
