摘要
医院信息化不光是用计算机系统仿真原有的手工管理操作,而且要想方设法地把信息技术与医院的业务结合起来,为此在认识医院内部业务流程的基础上,对其进行基于信息化需要的有效整合。按照供应链流动的方向,建立一套以信息流、物流、资金流、工作流、组织流有机互动的信息管理和获取模式,并通过对医院管理模式和组织结构的调整来予以支持。从而提高医院的运营质量和效率,使医院能够为病人提供全面快捷的服务,真正体现以病人为中心的服务理念。
Far beyond simulating manual work with the computer system, hospital informatization entails a combination of information technology with hospital professional work. With a fully understanding of working procedure in hospital, an effective concordance based on informatization requirements is conducted so that the management and the collection of the information can follow the information flow, logistics, capital flow, working flow and organization flow. Management mode and organization framework of the hospital are also adjusted. Thus the hospital operation quality and efficiency are improved, and patients are offered seamless and continuous service ,which really reflects the service theory: "Patient First".
