改革医学工程人才培养模式之探讨

Revolution of training mode for medical engineering personnel

分析了我国医学工程队伍现状和人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出对生物医学工程教育模式进行改革,通过改革教育层次结构,加强继续教育以及加快培养农村基层医院的医学工程技术人员等几方面来推进医学工程人才培养工作。

Based on the analysis of current situation and training mode for medical engineering personnel in China, this paper suggests the medical engineering personnel training work be promoted in such aspects as education structure reform, continuous education and medical engineer training in country hospitals.
