摘要
培养学习型人才是创建学习型社会的基础,高校作为对人才进行定向培养的机构则担负着这一培养的重任。但是由于受长期以来传统教学观念的影响,我国高校在学习观念、学习形式及学习评价等方面还存在一些与学习型人才培养不相协调的问题,成为高校内学习型人才培养的制约因素。
To cultivate study-typed personnel, the base for us to build a study-typed society, is the task of higher education as the special organization of cultivating directional personnel. However, influenced by traditional teaching concepts, there are many problems in China's universities that disagree with the cultivation of study-typed personnel, such as those in study concepts, study types and study evaluation and other aspects, which have become the obstacles to cultivate study-typed personnel in universities.
