摘要
近年来,我国物业管理迅速发展,尽管我国已有相关物业管理法律、法规、规章,但难以适应物业管理发展的需要。因此,我们弄清我国物业管理立法中存在的不足之处,探索完善立法问题,具有重要的现实意义。
In these years, estate management in China has rapidly developed . Though our country already has owned related estate management laws and rules, it is hard to meet the needs of estate management development. Therefore, it has important realistic meaning that we make clear the insufficient of estate management and we explore how to perfect legislative problem.
