摘要
目的：本文旨在利用《全国医药经济信息网》北京地区的2002年～2004年有关抗抑郁药利用参数,对抗抑郁药的利用度进行分析.方法：采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量、应用频度为指标,分析抗抑郁药的利用度.结论：应用抗抑郁药人数增加较快,销售金额增加明显,主要以进口与合资药品销售为主,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂等新型抗抑郁药已成为临床应用的一线药物,三环类药应用减少.
OBJECTIVE： By taking the parameters of utilization of antidepressive drugs during the 3 years in Beijing area, which were obtained from ＂The National Economic Information Network of Medicine and drugs＂, to make an analysis of availability of antidepressive drugs. METHODS ： To use DDD and DDDs recommended by WHO as the indexes, to analyze availability of antidepressive drugs. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The numbers of the people who take antidepressive drugs have quickly increased, marketing amount of money has also obviously increased. Import and joint - venture drugs have become the main drug marketing. New type of antidepressive drugs like SSRIs have already become the first - choice drugs in the clinic, tricyclic drugs have been less used now.
