我院2003年～2005年抗精神失常药用药分析

Analysis of the Use of Mental Disorder Drugs in Our Hospital During 2003～2005

目的：了解我院口服抗精神失常药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法：对我院2003年～2005年口服抗精神失常药的年消耗金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日用药金额进行统计分析.结果：2003年～2005年我院口服抗精神失常药的年消耗金额呈上升趋势,DDDs呈下降趋势.结论：我院口服抗精神失常药的应用基本合理,根据用药分析具有广阔的发展前景.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the condition of the use of mental disorder by mouth in our hospital, in order to provide reference for clinical rationally use of the drugs. METHODS： By using DDDs and order of sum of money, annual consumptive amount of money, DDDs and daily consumptive amount of money of the drugs were made a statistical analysis in our hospital during 2003 - 2005. RESULTS： Annual consumptive amount of money of mental disorder by mouth showed a increased trend, but DDDs showed a decreased trend in our hospital during 2003 - 2005. CONLCLUSION ： The use of mental disorder by mouth drugs in our hospital is basically rational. In regard to analysis of drug use, having a extensive prospects.
