摘要
研究了自制TiO2/GeO2复合膜圆形光催化氧化反应器对经生化处理后的染料废水的降解过程。结果表明光催化氧化的最佳条件是锌片镀TiO2/GeO2复合膜,pH为8,H2O2为400mg/L。染料废水经该反应器处理后,CODCr去除率超过80%,色度去除率约90%,出水水质可达《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准。
A cylinder photo-catalytic reactor with composite TiO2/GeO2 film module was prepared to research the further degradation of biologically treated dyestuff wastewater. The results showed that the preferred choice was zinc slice plating with TiO2/GeO2 film in media at pH=8 with H202 content of 400 mg/L. By treatment of this reactor removal excess 80% and 90% around were obtained for CODer and colourity respectively. The effluent is quite enough to meet the requirement of grade I of the national Integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-1996).
