金花忍冬地上部分的黄酮类成分研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对金花忍冬(Lonicera chrysantha Turcz.)干燥地上部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用不同色谱技术进行分离,用波谱及化学的方法确定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了6个黄酮类化合物。其中2个为二氢黄酮:北美圣草素(eriodictylol,Ⅰ)和芒苷(miscanthoside,Ⅳ),1个为色原酮:5,7-dihydroxychromone-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅵ),其余3个为:木犀草素(luteolin,Ⅱ)、洋芹素(apigenin,Ⅲ)和木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Iuteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅴ)。结论6个化合物均为首次从该种中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅵ系首次从该属植物中分得。 OBJECTIVE To study flavonoids from the aerial parts of Lonicera chrysatha .METHODS ,Some chromatographic methods were applied to isolate pure flavonoids and the structures were elucidated by using chemical and spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as eriodictylol( Ⅰ ), luteolin(Ⅱ ), apigenin( Ⅲ ), miscanthoside( Ⅳ), luteolin-7- O- β-D-glucoside (Ⅴ ) and 5,7-dihydroxychromone-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅵ ) .CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅵ are isolated from the genus Lonicera Linn for the first time and others are firstly isolated from this plant.
