摘要
本文采用J2EE技术框架和无线应用技术(WAP),设计了县级森林火险数据报送系统。系统实现了基于手机WAP方式的火险因子数据的手机报送和后台数据处理,提高了县级森林火险预报系统中火险因子数据报送的及时性、准确性和工作效率。
In this paper,a data transmit system for county-level forest fire prevention is designed, which based on J2EE framework and Wireless Application Protocol （WAP）. Using this system,the forest fire factors＂ data can be transmitted from mobile phone terminates,and handle them in background servers. By this way,the forest fire factor＇s data can be transmitted with timeliness, accuracy and efficiency,which is much better than that in traditional way.
