They have developed Voice Consulting System and the platform of mobiles to access the Internet.Experts have given lessons on the Internet and helped the farmers to solve technical problems.The farmers have also been trained to improve their abilitles.They can prevent agricultural disaster by using mobile test message.The have used the Internet to exhibit the agricultural products and scientific and technological achievements. They have combined the agricultural products with the market in E-business.Many agricultural information stations in villages have been set up to realize the interaction of the information.
