摘要
根据步进电机驱动负载对加减速响应的高速要求,本文提出了一种基于单片机的步进电机加减速离散控制方法,经实验验证该方法可以解决步进电机快速加减速控制中常见的失步、堵转、噪声等问题。
According to the request that a stepper motor drives a load with high speeds during rising and reducing speeds,the paper introduces a discrete control method for computation of rising and reducing speeds of a stepper motor using a single chip microcomputer,by experimen the method can solve some problems about a stepper motor such as loss of synchronism, stifling running and noises ect
