摘要 混流式水轮机组不稳定运行问题多数已被人们所认识,并有可行的工程措施予以解决。然而大量的现场试验研究结果表明在某些电站,存在一个脉动频率略高于机组转速频率的强水压脉动区,机组在此区域产生强烈振动,不能保证安全运行。将在湖南欧阳海水电站、黄河万家寨水电站试验中遇到的此方面问题进行介绍和探讨,分析了水轮机低负荷水压脉动区产生的原因和问题的解决方法,提出了在水轮机选型设计、水轮机及电站设计制造、合理选择水轮机安装高程、水轮发电机组运行管理等方面应注意的问题和解决措施。 Most of unstable operating problems of mixed flow turbines are well known and now there are some feasible measures can be used to solve them. But the research result for a large number of site tests show that in some power plants, the problem of one pulsation frequency higher than a strong water pressure pulsation area of unit rotation frequency is existed, the units can produce strong vibration in this area and safety operation can't be ensured. In this paper, the simillar problems encounted in Ouyang sea water power station and Wanjiazhai hydropower station will be introduced and discussed, the reason of causing low load water pressure pulsation area will be analyzed and the method of solving the problem will be settled. The problems to be pay attention to and the mesures for selection design of turbines, the manufaction of turbine and the design of power station, reasonably select installation elevation for turbines, the operating management of turbine units are also put forward.
