Safety and Fire Control for Pumping Station and Oil Tank Farms

加强输油泵站、地面原油储罐、铁路装车栈桥等易燃易爆场所的消防管理,对保障正常的输油生产具有重要意义。建立QHSE消防管理体系、制定防火防雷防静电安全措施、确保消防设施的维护保养,旨在加强输油泵站及油库的消防管理。

The authors consider that it is of significance to ensure safe operation of oil pipeline in effectively controlling fire in the place where the pumping stations,aboveground oil tanks and jetties are located. And QHSE/Fire Control System should be further improved,the safety measures in lightning arresting and fire controlling should be taken by means of daily caring fire controlling facilities aiming at enhancing the fire control management for the pumping stations and oil tank farms.
