摘要
利用从土壤中经分离、纯化得到的絮凝剂产生菌筛选出产高效絮凝剂的复合菌,并借助电子显微技术、随机扩增多态性DNA技术等对其进行了系统鉴别。研究表明:三种菌中有两种是放线菌,一种为酵母菌,它们的生理、生化特性有相似之处。基因分型结果表明,三种菌的DNA存在一定的同源性,但特异性显著。处理污染水体的试验结果表明,该复合菌所产絮凝剂能够很好地絮凝如赖氨酸废水、铬黑T废水、高岭土悬浊液等,与传统絮凝剂相比其絮凝效果更显著。
The high-efficiency compound flocculant-produeing bacteria was acquired through separation and purification of flocculant-produeing bacteria in soil, and they were authenticated systematically by using electronic microscope and DNA technology. The study shows that two are actinomycete and one is microzyme among three kinds of bacteria which have same characteristics of physiology and biochemistry. All of them are homologous in DNA on level of molecule, but the specificity is obvious. It can be known that the flocculant produced by the compound bacteria is able to flocculate lysine wastewater, chrome black T wastewater and kaolin suspension etc. with better efficiency than that of conventional flocculant.
