摘要
焦化废水成分复杂,难于处理.以实际焦化废水为对象,采用不同规格的球形轻质陶粒作填料,在上向流厌氧/缺氧/两级好氧生物滤池中对其进行了处理.该工艺的厌氧段强化了对难降解物质的去除及部分水解功能,缺氧段强化了反硝化脱氮功能,好氧第一级强化了对有机物的去除功能,第二级强化了对氨氮的硝化去除功能.试验结果表明,在进水COD为1 161.5 mg/L、BOD5为271.9 mg/L、NH3-N为230.2 mg/L、挥发酚为105.5 mg/L、氰化物为3.2 mg/L、TOC为281.6 mg/L,总停留时间为24 h,回流比为(3~4):1,好氧曝气的气水比为(3~6):1的条件下,系统对COD、BOD5,NH3-N、挥发酚、氰化物和TOC的平均去除率分别为91.8%、95.0%、98.5%、99.8%、93.8%和91.2%,出水水质满足国家二级排放标准.
Coke plant wastewater was treated by anaerobic/anoxic/two-stage aerobic biological filters which were packed with expanded spherical ceramsite. The functions of different stages were enhanced by regulating the technological parameters. The results show that under the conditions of the influent COD 1 161.5 mg/L,BOD5 271.9 mg/L,NH3 - N 230.2 rag/L, volatile phenol 105.5 rag/L, cyanide 3.2 mg/L, TOC 281.6 mg/L, HRT 24 h, reflux ratio (3 -4) : 1 and air-water ratio (3 -6) : 1, their average removal rates are 91.8%, 95.0%, 98.5%, 99.8%, 93.8% and 91.2% , respectively. The quality of the effluent meets class Ⅱ of the national discharge standard.
