摘要
以13X分子筛为基本原料、三氯化铝和硅酸铝为粘结剂、聚乙烯醇和可溶性淀粉为增孔剂、硅藻土为优化剂,在100~110℃下干燥后再在260~300℃下焙烧,制成直径为1~1.5 cm的球形悬浮填料.挂膜试验表明,该悬浮填料有利于微生物的生长和繁殖,3~4 d生物膜开始形成,约24 d挂膜完成.当进水COD和NH3-N浓度分别为800~900mg/L和50~60 mg/L时,投加30%的填料对COD和NH3-N的最高去除率可分别达到97%和86%.
The suspended carrier was prepared using 13X molecular sieves, adding additives, molding spheroid with 1 - 1.5 cm of diameter, drying under 100 - 110°C, and calcining under 260 - 300°C. The additives are aluminum chloride and aluminum silicate, and polyvinyl alcohol and starch as vesicants. An initial investigation was made into the effect of its application in simulation wastewater treatment. The results show that the new suspended carrier is favorable to growth of microorganism. Biofilm on suspended carrier is capable to be formed quickly. When the influent concentrations of COD and NH3 -N are 800 -900 mg/L and 50 -60 mg/L respectively, and with 30% suspended carrier, the highest removal rates of COD and NH3 - N are 97% and 86% , respectively.
