摘要
固硫剂是固硫技术的关键。本文选取了自身含助剂的灰岩作为固硫剂,利用其助剂和固硫剂成分均匀分布的特点,使助剂的助固硫作用得以充分发挥。通过与传统固硫剂的固硫率的对比实验,固硫灰样的XRD图及SEM照片分析等方面对固硫效果进行评价。结果表明,灰岩中天然含有的助剂成分对CaO固硫有较大的促进作用,较普通固硫剂及含添加剂的复合固硫剂固硫效果好,高温下其固硫率高于传统固硫剂,且固硫灰样不易结渣。
Desulfurization agents is the key in desulfurizing technology during coal combustion. In this paper, natural limestones with inherent assistants are employed as desulfurization agents. For the characteristic well-proportioned ingredients of inherent assistants and sulfur sorbent in limestones, the ingredients of assistants get utilized sufficiently. Through the contrast of sulfur rate between limestone serial desulfurization agents and conventional desulfurization agents ,XRD and SEM analysis of residue after coal combustion with desulfurization agents. The results show that the assistants gredients in limestone serials facilitate the ability of sulfur retention of CaO,which make them superior to the conventional calcium-based sulfur sorbent, and the residue is not apt to adhibit.
