摘要
介绍一种直接利用火花塞电极作为传感器检测南方摩托车发动机早燃的方法,利用其气缸内燃烧时产生大量离子电流信号所包含的燃烧信息,对火花塞正常点火和炽热点火离子电流显示的波形进行研究分析,从而确定是否发生早燃。应用结果表明,这种检测方法具有实用价值。
This paper describes a system for preignition in motorcycle engine using spark plus as a detecting probe, using the richburning information of the massive ions which are produced when the air cylinder is burnt, Through analyzing the wave form difference between lighting a fire normally and firing early, it can be determined whether preignition occurs or not. The actual application result indicates that the examination method has a greater practical value.
