摘要
硝化棉生产虚拟操作培训系统,包括理论知识和实物模型、事故场景和数据库、虚拟操作及操作考核测试模块等。实物模型和事故场景用3DSMAX制作。数据库采用VB和Access实现。操作考核成绩评定使用CENTUM顺控表的工作单组态方法。该系统培训内容含:全流程、工序及工况培训。
The virtual operating and training system for guncotton producing includes theory knowledge, entity model, accident scene, database, virtual operating, operating and testing modules. The entity model and accident scene was realized by 3DS MAX. The database was realized by adopting VB and Access. The operation test marks were valued by using the work single configuration method in CENTUM sequential control table. The system training contains whole process, working procedure, and working condition.
