人类肾上腺素能受体基因多态性与高血压 被引量:1

摘要 目前已发现人类有9种肾上腺素能受体,广泛分布于全身各种组织和器官,介导交感神经-儿茶酚胺系统对心血管活动等多种生理功能的调节作用。基因组学研究发现,某些肾上腺素能受体基因多态性可能与血压水平或高血压有关,但有关研究的结论并不一致。因此,需进行更深入的研究,探讨肾上腺素能受体基因在高血压发病中的作用。
