白介素18在心血管系统疾病中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 白介素-18(IL-18)可与多种炎症因子相互作用,具有重要的生物学功能:可诱导辐助性T细胞(TH1)产生细胞因子(cytokine,CK),可诱导自然杀伤细胞(NK)的胞毒活性,促进 T细胞增生,可与IL-12产生协同作用等。研究发现IL-18广泛参与心血管系统疾病,并起重要作用。对IL-18进行深入研究有助于认识其在心血管系统疾病发生发展和转归中的作用, 为临床治疗提供新途径。
