血管老化中大电导钙激活钾通道的改变及意义

摘要 血管老化是心血管事件发生的主要危险因素之一。近年来随着“膜学说”的发展,大电导钙激活钾通道在血管老化中的改变日益受到关注,其与心血管事件的发生关系密切。本文就钙激活钾通道在血管老化中的改变和意义作一综述。
