替罗非班在急性冠脉综合征介入治疗中的应用被引量：72

摘要替罗非班是一种包含有纤维蛋白原RGD(Ary-Gly-Asp)片段的新型人工合成的非肽类小分子血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂,可竞争性抑制纤维蛋白原与血小板Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体结合,从而抗血小板激活、聚集、血栓形成。本文综述替罗非班在急性冠脉综合征介入治疗中的临床应用和对内皮细胞功能的影响剂量和安全性。
