摘要 通过对国内外转桨式水轮机各种叶片密封结构的分析,以针对性的试验为基础,推出了新的无弹簧多层“V”型密封。该密封采用了新型材料,具有合理的尺寸形状和自封性能。保证了密封具有可靠的性能和较长的使用寿命,同时不需维护。这种密封已经过实际运行考验,在电站改造中可以实现在不改动转轮体和叶片的前提下,较好地解决老机组叶片密封漏油漏水问题。 Through the analysis of the sealing structure for runner blade of Kaplan turbine in the world, based on the corresponding test, a new type sealing that with several layer "V" shape sealings and without spring ring is introduced. This sealing adopt new kind of material, have preferable shape, dimension and the ability of self sealing, it can guarantee the reliability and long life of using without maintenance. This new type sealing have been successful used in practice, during the improvement of the hydropower station, the problem of the double direction leakage for the oil and the water, without any change for the blade and the runner hub have been solved.
